Because RVs come in a variety of sizes, their mattress sizes vary as well. Check out the most common dimensions here:

RV Mattress Twin
Standard Size: 38" X 75"
The RV twin mattress is a popular one because it saves a lot of space inside the vehicle. It also serves many different purposes. Aside from using it as a bed, you could also use it as a couch or chair.
RV twin beds typically don’t surpass 40" x 80". You’ll mostly find these in small campers or in RVs with bunk beds. However, this probably isn’t the best choice for you if you’re tall, as these mattresses are a bit shorter than standard mattresses. But for children and short adults, they’re ideal.
RV Full Mattress
Standard Size: 54" x 75"
This size mattress can easily accommodate two sleepers, measuring almost the same as a traditional full size bed. But you may not want this size if you have a small RV. Keep in mind, full RV mattresses are also referred to as double mattresses.
RV Mattress Queen Short
Standard Size: 60" x 75"
Also referred to as “RV short queen” or “RV short queen mattress”, this type does differ from your home’s standard queen mattress. RV queen mattresses can fit two adults comfortably. They are popular because they work best with shorter beds. But even though they are shorter than the RV queen bed (75” vs. 80”), there isn’t a big difference between the RV queen mattress and the RV queen short.
RV Mattress Queen
Standard Size: 60" x 80"
This is one of the more common mattress sizes, measuring about the same as your home’s standard queen mattress at home. You can fit two sleepers on this mattress.
RV Mattress King
Standard Size: 72" x 80"
The most common size is 72” by 80”, but keep in mind they are more narrow than regular king-size mattresses.
RV Bunk Mattresses
This is best for kids, available in various sizes:
